Booking and prices
We do not publish prices on this website. Every stay is quoted individually, based on the house, the dates and the number of guests, because rates change with the season and the length of stay. To get a price, choose your dates and guest count on the house you like and press the WhatsApp button - the message is prepared for you and we reply personally, usually within minutes.
Confirming a stay
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the dates and price with you in writing on WhatsApp. We will tell you at that point what deposit, if any, is needed and how to pay it. No payment is ever taken through this website.
Changes and cancellations
If your plans change, tell us as early as you can and we will do what we can to move your dates. Cancellation terms depend on the individual house and the season, and we will state them clearly before you pay anything.
What we collect
When you request a price we store the house you asked about, the dates, the number of guests and the language you were browsing in. This is used to answer your enquiry and to understand which houses guests ask for. We do not collect names, addresses or payment details on this website, and we do not sell or share this data.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookie set here exists only to remember your language choice or to keep the admin panel signed in.
House rules
Each house has its own rules on smoking, pets, events and quiet hours. We tell you which apply before you confirm, and they are the owner's rules, not ours.
